The Caledonia Pro Fit Corvairs are proud to announce the return of Larry DeVuyst Jr. for his 21st season with the organization, continuing his tenure as Vice President and Assistant General Manager.
With a legacy that stretches back to the Brantford Golden Eagles, Larry has been a constant presence behind the scenes and a key architect in the team’s long-standing success.
Few individuals can say they’ve dedicated over two decades to junior hockey at such a high level. Even fewer have done so with the loyalty, consistency, and integrity that Larry has shown year in and year out. From organizing team logistics to supporting hockey operations, Larry’s role may often be behind the curtain, but his impact is front and center in everything the Corvairs do.
Larry began his journey in junior hockey with the Brantford Golden Eagles, where he served in multiple capacities, including time as a trainer and team administrator. When the franchise relocated to Caledonia, he was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition — a testament to his organizational knowledge and deep-rooted commitment to the program. Since then, he has continued to help guide the Corvairs through multiple championship seasons and has supported countless players on their paths to collegiate, major junior, and professional careers.
Whether he’s coordinating team travel, working on roster moves, or lending a hand on game nights, Larry’s presence is a steady force in the fast-moving world of junior hockey. His 21st season marks not only a personal milestone, but also highlights the importance of strong, experienced leadership in building a winning culture.
As the Corvairs gear up for another exciting season in the GOJHL, having Larry DeVuyst Jr. back in the front office is another reason to believe this team is ready to chase greatness once again.
Welcome back, Larry — and thank you for 21 seasons of commitment.
